This chapter discusses on the design education in the Philippines, specifically in Cebu, one of the progressive cities in the country and home to several educational institutions offering Art and Design programmes. This chapter focuses on the Bachelor of Fine Arts\u2014Product Design programme at the University of the Philippines Cebu. Works of selected students in product design are featured in this chapter. Art and Design educators from various universities in Cebu share their approach to design education in a rapidly changing landscape.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
